More about the Endorphin Lab
Why Work With Me?
I am passionate about helping runners stay healthy and maximize their potential. I have been working with runners since my undergraduate career at the University of Colorado - Boulder. There, I worked with the world class CU Track and Field and Cross Country Teams while also working in the CU Biomechanics Laboratory. After graduating from PT school at Boston University, I worked in a runner-focused clinic for two years in Boston before moving back to Colorado. Back in my home state, I started as a Sports Physical Therapist at The Children's Hospital - Colorado where I helped develop The Running Athlete Clinic to better manage the unique needs of adolescent runners.

A runner myself, I understand the profound impact that running can have on one's life. Having experienced a number of injures myself and treated countless runners, I also understand how disruptive and challenging it can be to navigate running injuries. I have over 10 years of experience working with runners of all levels. Whether you are training for your first 5K or your twentieth marathon, I have the expertise to help you succeed. I am committed to providing personalized attention to each and every one of my athletes and believe that running is more than a sport, its a lifestyle.
